came to clinic, very good service. i met a young nurse kiren and speaks my language was very good. im really scared of needle and she helped me alot made me laugh, very skilled nurse knew what she is doing. i recommend her very good service and recepetion very good also ...
will come back again and also meet the nurse again

A great practice that is patient focussed, the staff are so helpful going beyond the standard of care. We are lucky to have such caring people treating the Hornsby Community.

Used to be a great practice when it was smaller now it has all new doctors and new staff. Took my baby for a 6 week check up and the doctor seemed too afraid to even touch her, looked at the blue book like he has never seen one before and told me to go wait outside for the nurse to check the baby. Receptionist knew that I was there for a baby check up could have just directed me to the nurse but no, made me wait over an hour with a crying baby and after that the nurse rushed through the check up because I was getting upset.
I was told they did things differently and the nurse checks the baby here but with my eldest his 18 month check was done by a doctor just weeks before. I understand checking weight height needles etc is by the nurses but surely the doctor should know how to check the heart beat hips eyes etc.
I will definitely not be returning.

What an absolutely amazing practice!
Friendly helpfull staff who go above and beyond. The new center is amazing with an area for kids. The place is always clean and apointment are always on time.

The move to their new larger location is allowing this practice to truly become the "gold standard for a busy GP practice in this area.

The practice is extremely well organised and efficient; is well equipped and immaculately maintained as well as providing an excellent variety of allied health services.

But this would be nothing without the 'human factor' and this is what sets this practice apart from most others. You are spoken to and treated as an real human being (not just a "number") by ALL staff. The doctors and nurses are all thorough and, most importantly, listen.

I have been with this practice for just over 3 years having had an extremely negative experience at another local practice. As someone who has been dealing with a number of health issues in recent years, the quality of care and understanding that I have received cannot be faulted.

This is the most happiest place on this planet. All the staff, doctors (specially Dr Linda) are so friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend to all my friends and family. Also to mention about fantastic new facilities. It's really ramping up the standards

Absolutely first class in all respects. Doctors and support staff actually seem to CARE. A refreshing change.
