Design plays a big part of telling our father’s story. It’s the starting point of turning ideas on the paper into reality. It’s about taking inspiration from an old mechanic workshop. It’s creating a warm and welcoming experience. It’s finding the right materials, colours and textures. It’s taking these ingredients and creating a new food concept that captures the soul of the mechanic.

One of his favourite Arabic proverbs was “Le khalaf ma mat...” Those who give birth, live forever... And while his time at workshops has passed, everything he taught is truly still alive.
It is in the sons who serve humbly, give generously and ensure that anyone they cross paths with will remember them.
