HOW IT WOKS :

PLACING AN ORDER

1) Email your order to info@themouseclub.com. au providing us with the following information:

- Product name or product code
- Color
- Size
- Quantity
- Recipient name
- Delivery address
- Contact Number (optional)

2) An order confirmation email will be sent to you within 24 hours confirming your order.

3) You will then receive a tax invoice and payment details via Paypal. If you choose to make payment through direct deposit or internet transfer, an email with the banking details will be sent to you.

4) We will process your order once we receive your payment and will try to send out the goods on the same day.

How Pre-order works :

Pre-orders are available on products we know are going to be popular and we want to give our customers the first chance to grab a style before it arrives in stock.

We will give you an estimated delivery date and will do our best to meet this date. Please be advised that it is an estimate so it can vary. It could be longer or shorter depending on the circumstances.

We take full payment at the time of your order this is to secure your purchase.

We will advise you via email the moment the stock arrives.

SHIPMENT & DELIVERY

Within Australia, the delivery will take approximately 2-5 business days depending on your delivery location. We also ship worldwide using Registered Post. International shipments will take approximately 3-10 business days, with signature on delivery. All the shipments come with a tracking number .

RETURN, REFUND & EXCHANGE

FOR RETURN, we accept all return goods within 14 days from the delivered date.
All return items must be in good condition, unused and undamaged and still in original packaging. Return postage costs are not included unless the item is deemed faulty.

Conditions for Return, Refund or Exchange :

3) You are not happy with the product
4) Size does not fit

How Do I Make A Return or Exchange ?

1) Email info@themouseclub.com. au and state your order number, the item you wish to return and reason for returning the goods. For exchange, please state the item you wish to exchange. Exchange will be subject to stock availability, otherwise you may choose to get the full refund.

2) A copy of the return form will be sent to you. Please complete the form and return it to us together with the return item.

3) Refunds and exchanges are processed within 1-5 working days of receiving the items.

FOR EXCHANGE, with confirmation of availability, the new item will be shipped back to you FREE of charge if the original goods were deemed to be faulty.

FOR REFUND, we will refund the value of the item within 3 working days of receiving the returned item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.
