You will have difficulty to finding some of these brewed tea at your regular coffee shop. Himalayan Masala chai is a comforting and warming drink, and The Muglan Express brew every day. Making it from scratch takes more time, but is infinitely more rewarding; traditionally-based version of masala chai including cloves, cardamom, peppercorns, cinnamon, bay leaves, star anise, freshly grated ginger and Himalayan whole spices. Its all about flavours.
