Don't use the consumables in the room; like soap or shampoo - you'll get an angry emails, from Alice or Georgina demanding payment for the amount used. The TV's broke down and mid stay we had a lovely but annoying interruption to fix the fact we had no phone or TV. Do not use for WIFI as it didn't function once. I would advise that you avoid the oysters in the restaurant as the mustard seeds are more tasteless than the threatening emails demanding payment for using the shampoo in room. Oh and don't be fooled be the environmental argument -it pure cost control. Deeply respectful, unaware, lacking EQ. Sad outcome
