The Old Mill Cafe

Great food, awesome atmosphere and the staff were very friendly and accommodating

I was recommended the old mill by a lovely gentleman at the Orange night markets however I feel this cafe really missed the mark. The service was slow, they messed up our order and we had to wait 20 minutes extra for our meal while others at our table ate their meals. Paying the bills was a mess as they do not split bills and they do not offer any alterations to their menu - literally you cannot just get poached eggs on toast with tomatoes on the side, you have to buy a “big breakfast” and have the meat removed and yes you will have to pay the full cost despite not having bacon or sausages. Overall not impressed. Would not recommended.

Fantastic food with great service. The desserts are worth the trip alone.

Nice setting - good selection of cakes but doesn't really cater for gluten-free and dairy free.
