I have visited here before so drove from Mosman
to here to get my Halloween attire & friend for our party. The service was fantastic & absolutely everything you could ever want. Would highly recommend this place. Keep up the good work.

I think this place is alright, it is the best place to find party stuff and their Halloween variety is brilliant. I have had one younger lady who seems to be miserable but the last time I went I had an older lady that couldn't do any more For me , she went beyond helpful and this was through a busy period. So pleased with how I was treated and with my kids being annoying , she was not phased by it!

Awesome place has a TON of costumes, also their website is accurate about costume availability.

I have never come across more rude and arrogant people! No basic customer service! No friendly greeting! I had a Groupon voucher - my order was taken with so much rudeness and attitude!
If you don't want to give out Groupon vouchers to earn more customers (which is the aim of these) then DON'T do it!
I'd rather go to the BiG W party section and will be treated with respect!
When I picked up my order- there was no fretting or anything once again- I got given 20balloons knotted together and then left- not asked if I needed them bundled or any weights for it or anything!
Worst quality of balloons too- 2 of them popped in the car straight away!
Will not be back!

Very poor customer service...rude arrogant attitude. Walked in and straight out.. went elsewhere to spend my money where their is customer service.. polite and helpful people.. just a tip...
If you are not happy in your job maybe consider a change.., will not be back ever again.

We purchased online for pick up in the Sans Souci store as we wanted to make sure we got it in time. I called 2 days after the order was placed and paid for and the lady on the phone was rude and very unhelpful. My daughter went over to pick the items up and was also met with rude staff. Customer service is lacking for sure. Also the poster that we purchased was ripped and scrunched at the top with pen marks on the front of the poster. My daughter didn't want to take it back as she didn't want the confrontation with staff that don't seem to care. So it is for certain that I do not recommend this business for buying online nor will I be using them ever again.

Very disappointing. Went today to the San Sousi shop to buy my son a Snowmen costume, found it and on the package it had a sticker with the price at $46.90. When I went down to pay, the red hair lady at the counter scanned it and it said it was $57.90. I asked her if she could honour the price marked as on the sticker and she responded: "it has been priced incorrectly, take it or leave it"
It's not about the extra $11 in price, it's about the attitude and care factor. Clearly customer service is not their strength.
At Toys R Us they honour their prices even if the computer shows something different.
Won't be coming back to this shop for sure.

We rented a helium tank to fill up at least 50 balloons plus a few extras if required. At the time of hire they have advice my wife all is good etc etc. However, on the day of the party we only managed to fill no more than 35 balloons and the tank runs out. We load the tank and travel to the store prior to closing in 30mins. on the way my wife rings ahead just incase they closed before we get there.

the response was, sorry you must have over fill your balloons, claiming they must be oversize etc etc. We don't have spare tanks in the store to give you. there is no point in comining over. In the rush they even said you can bring the balloons over and we will fill them ( thats great they close in 10mins ) , but it takes us another 15 mins just to get home and another 15mins to get back.

they even stated we will not give you a refund in your balloons.

The staff was rude and unhelpful to resolve the situation. Why would any one use these people moving forward. I'll be very surprise to see how long before this shop runs in to trouble with other HAPPY customers.

There was a lady with very curly bright red hair who was plain rude. She walked past me and my sister and grunted loudly to herself 'This place is a filthy mess'. As if we had left the costumes all over the place ourselves, which we did not. She then proceeded to greet other customers that entered the store and again loudly gestured towards us 'oh I'm just cleaning up the mess that OTHER people made'. This made our experience horrible and we left promptly and were not asked at any time if we needed any help. There was thankfully a lady with a blue and black bob who was very sweet.
