Sam is a knowledgeable and non pushy person who gave us the right advice. We settled for something cheaper, more practical and if/when it comes time to get serious, we'll be going back to Sam. The piano, Roland F140R was easy to assemble, sounds great and is getting alot of use. We are happy.

I purchased a Yamaha CLP 645 from The Pianoforte last week. The experience of purchasing a piano was an unexpected pleasure from beginning to end. On my first visit Sam gave me some excellent advice and encouraged me to take as long as I needed to make my choice. I made my final decision a week later and within a 5 days the piano was delivered and set up. It was a real treat to deal with a family business - excellent advice, excellent price and excellent service.

Purchased a Casio digital piano, stand, pedals and seat. Excellent showroom and choice of keyboards on display. My model was in stock so took it home same day. Got a great price. Sam the owner was very friendly and knowledgeable and gave me plenty of time to try out various keyboards. Highly recommended.

I purchased a Yamaha baby grand piano from Pianoforte a few weeks ago. I was very happy with my piano and the service of Pianoforte. The owner Sam is very friendly and very patient when I asked him a lot of questions about the different types of piano. The service is good and the delivery is very smooth.

Got some good service recently when I bought a Yamaha Clavinova. The model I ordered had recently been discontinued, and Sam honoured the discount offered on the newer model. Would suggest that the store investigate a home delivery service as picking the piano up and unloading it at my house was difficult. Overall recommended.

Very helpful and efficient, they pointed out the pianos we wanted and left us to try them as we liked. The one we chose was delivered the next day, accommodating our limited availability and the new year holiday period - thank you!

Sam was fantastic in helping us choose an electronic piano, he was very knowledgeable about each piano and was happy to demonstrate and answer all our questions. Most importantly we never felt hurried or pressured in making our decision, so I would wholeheartedly recommend the Pianoforte for the friendliness of service, quality of pianos and good prices.

I recently purchased a Roland keyboard from Sam at the Chatswood showroom. I received exceptional customer service, a generous discount and can't recommend Sam and Pianforte enough.

When I have room for a piano sometime in the future, I'll certainly come back to Pianoforte.

Sam and his daughter Laura were lovely in the Chatswood store. Sam gave us his honest opinion on quality to help us differentiate between piano brands. He was not pushy and gave us space to try the pianos. A great experience purchasing an Alex Steinbach baby grand piano.

Purchased Yamaha CLP 635 and very happy with them. They have good range of piano display. Their delivery service is quick and efficient. And they responded to my requests attentively. Highly recommended.
