Roasting whole pigs and lambs on a spit is our specialty. We stuff our pigs with garlic, herbs & seasonings & slow-roast until the flesh is tender and the crackling golden.

Our whole pigs are born, raised and live their entire lives outdoors in a free-range environment, enabling them to engage in the full range of instinctive behaviours such as rooting, scratching, playing, wallowing, & sun-bathing.

Our whole pigs are pasture raised on sustainably managed farms, meaning they have access to pasture 365 days of the year producing a higher quality, tastier meat.

We cater for all functions including weddings & corporates. We also provide DIY spit hire provided you buy the whole pig or lamb from us. Lastly, we are famed for serving our delicious pulled meat rolls, especially our pulled pork with crackling rolls at markets around Sydney.
