KICKBOXING
*You actually get taught correct delivery of technique so you can generate maximum strength with minimal effort
*You are taught both International Kickboxing & Thai Boxing skills & rules
*There is a Kickboxing ranking system if you so choose. Be coached as well as train
*It's a great combination of boxing, martial arts and aerobics blended together to produce an impactful cardiovascular workout.
* It is a full body workout, core muscle groups to the small muscle groups.

BOXING
Be coached as well as trained - This training is all about you regardless of your fitness The challenge of learning skills (speedball, pad work, floor to ceiling ball and boxing ring etc) in a unique, exciting and safe atmosphere is great for your health and confidence.
