I called Plumbing and Electrical Doctor on Monday requesting for a plumber an emergency as there was a big water leak. They booked an appointment on Tuesday at 4.30. Plumber did not turn up nor did he give us a courtesy call. When we called back they booked an appointment at 10 am on Wednesday. Plumber did not turn up and I called again then they said he will come at 1 pm. He didn’t did not turn up at 1 pm. They wasted my whole day. Water was leaking 3 days. Very unprofessional service, I do not recommend them to anyone

Blake arrived on time after a 15 minute warning call in the morning. Gave excellent advice and rather than wait for delivery went and picked up required materials for job. Range of options was discussed, work carried out, the area cleaned and checked in under two hours. Courtesy inspection of electrical connection done. Great service, great price and highly recommended.

Had some electrical and major drainage work done around the home. From point of initial contact to completion, the whole process was painless. They quoted quickly (a very competitive price), were prompt, reliable, friendly and professional. They went above and beyond with their service. I have recently had the experience of using the Plumbing and electrical doctors at my place of work, to replace a hot water boiler.

They were very unprofessional, and was not helpful at all to repair the hot water boiler.
Firstly, they came to assess the current unit, and confirmed that it needed a new unit. No complaint here, as it was a 15yr old boiler that just had it. So when the technician told me they had to buy a new system, it was fine. But it took them such a long time to actually find and install a new unit. Took the rest of the afternoon which someone in the office had to wait for them to finish. Then on top of that, they left the office with no note or information about the boiler. It was leaking continuous all night and the next morning it was leaking quite heavily.

I called the office in the morning and asked for assistance. I called 3 times and by now was very upset and finally got a hold of someone to try to help me. I told them that the boiler is not meant to be leaking so much, and it was leaking all night quite heavily and the water was not hot enough either. They needed to send someone have a look at it.

Now they informed me, which I still think it was ridiculous! that its no longer the plumbing doctors issue, as it wasn't a installation issue but rather the units' warranty issue, and that we had to contact the supplier to repair it. I was so upset that I blown off so easily and that no one at least came by to look at it. They already got paid by the business credit card, so did not care if I was unhappy with the service.

Between the supplier and the doctor, it took them 3 days to get back to me with a phone call, and they told me a technician would come by. It was a week ago, and there has been no phone call or service. Quite appalling behaviour, especially to a business who needed quick and adequate solution and the fact I was not informed about anything and no one to check in, gave me the impression of horrible customer service.

Luckily enough, one of our guys at the warehouse has figured out to turn off and then on the tap and that made the pipe to stop leaking and the boiler is now set to Eco as it should be. It was such a quick solution, and could not understand why no one come to our aide.

You would think as our company is a pretty decent size, that they would try to provide us good service. But with this latest experience, we are forced to look else where for our pluming and electrical needs.

Just had hot water tank and pipes replaced today by James from plumbing doctors. I cannot put into words how pleased we are with the work that James did. He was very prompt and explained in detail each step of the work and showed us the damaged parts. This is the third time we have used the plumbing doctors and each time had been better than the one before. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of having plumbing work done.

Called these guys for a new hot water service, I was very pleased with the response I received from the office & the tradesman who did the job. Arrived on time & did great job, very professional & polite. Highly recommend The Plumbing & Electrical Doctor & will be using them for all my future needs.

Great work carried out by your people. Luke was on time, did a great job, cleaned up very well after his work. Explained the two jobs that had to be done. The price was very good.
