The Progressive Traveller Description
Progressive Traveller has been travelling extensively for over 15 years.
When I am not travelling the world, I make my home in Tumbulgum, Northern NSW, Australia. Tumbulgum is an exquisite small riverside village located at the confluence of the Rivers Rous and Tweed overlooked by the iconic and majestic Wollumbin Mount Warning and surrounding Border Ranges.
Although I have lived most of my life in major cities, I fell in love with Northern Rivers, NSW and moved there in 2012. One of the things, I most love about living here is how close I am to the river, mountains, golden sandy beaches, regional towns and beautiful Brisbane is only a short 90-minute drive away.
Travelling the world is my passion and obsession. I am continuously researching, taking notes and planning the next trip. Travel improves every relationship in our lives. It educates us, we see how others live, it helps us to be more grateful and appreciative of our own lives.
Experiencing new cultures, devouring different cuisines and meeting new friends along the way is just part of the journey.
My travel motto is: 'There isn't a place on this wonderful planet that isn't worth visiting'. I started this blog so that I could work anywhere in the world. Sharing travel tips and highlights my travels, developing my photographic skills is also an outlet for my wanderlust nature.
