Great location, front desk lady was super nice and the beds were pretty comfy. Bathrooms were average and a bit smelly but you get what you pay for i guess. Overall a pleasant stay

Clean. Friendly, obliging front of house team. Needs a refresh but centrally located.

Rooms were big and beds were comfortable, water pressure was fantastic, staff were very helpful 10/10 will stay again

The wifi was pretty good. One of the light switches didn't turn any of the lights on.

We stayed at the best Western which is also run by the owners of the Reef. They drove us to the restaurant from the hotel and back again. The food service and rooms were exceptional. They treated us like royalty wrapped up with good friends. Anyone staying there would love it I guarantee.

Great food, excellent service, must eat here if in Batemans Bay
