The Right Fit Pt Description
With 10 years of personal training experience and a background in representative athletics and basketball, I have a wealth of knowledge to help you achieve your health and fitness goals. I am extremely passionate about all things sport and fitness and love assisting people in reaching their goals. I believe in a step by step, specific, science based approach. We also believe that a degree of variety in programming is key to keeping people consistently challenged and motivated.
Sessions are 60 minutes in duration.
Programs are 12 weeks at a time.
Session pricing depends on numbers. Minimum 4 maximum 8 for quality control.
