About The Rippler Effect Innovation Program

The Rippler Effect is a proven program in business innovation. This five-month adventure provides an environment for participants to reflect, question, step-out, develop confidence, collaborate and network.

The program has impact; it impacts the way you perceive leadership, opportunities, collaboration and success. You will learn from the best as we introduce you to a wide variety of innovative business experts. The Rippler Effect has provided participants with the tools and knowledge to enable that extraordinary leap off the ledge to opportunity. It also provides national accreditation in innovation practice and management.

So lead, participate and connect with amazing people like you.

What: We have strategically developed a series of workshops presented in seven days over a five-month period, aimed at embedding innovation into organisational culture. The program is delivered in two stages. At the successful completion of Stage One, participants will be accredited with a Skill Set in Innovation Practice. At the successful completion of Stage Two participants will be accredited with a Skill Set in Innovation Management.

Why: To provide managers and business owners with strategies to implement innovation into their business and to improve profitability and competitiveness in global markets.

Over the course of The Rippler Effect, and on successful completion of work-based assessment tasks, participants will receive accreditation in the following skill sets and units of competency (subsidised by the NSW Government).

Innovation Practice Skill Set

BSBCRT402 – Collaborate in a creative process
BSBCRT501 - Originate and develop concepts
Managing Innovation Skill Set

BSBINN501 - Establish systems that support innovation
BSBINN502 - Build and sustain an innovative work environment
BSBIPR402 - Protect and use new inventions and innovations

The workshops will encourage collaboration amongst participating organisations to solve existing problems, create new products and create new processes. These skills will then be transferable into individual businesses and assist companies with making decisions about where to invest their time and money.
