The Rooftop

Ambience perfect for a relaxed evening meal. All dishes had a good combination of flavours. Wait staff also very attentive and went above and beyond to ensure the little ones needs were met. Overall the quality/price ratio is justified. Would happily return to try more on the menu.

Great service and food.

Went to order a drink at the bar. Told they only do table service and to sit down and they would come to us. Waited 10 minutes and no one came so we left. And no, it wasn't busy at all. Less than 10 patrons and 5 staff so no excuses. A shame as a pretty poolside place but too hard to get a beer.

Location was great, service was slow, food was OK. Was OK...

What a disappointment!
We arrived for our 7.30 reservation, we're sat and asked if we would like tap or sparking water, and this is where the service ended!
We received water glasses and menu's, no drink menu because they didn't have enough or received any water.
After watching walkins arrive, be seated and have their drink orders taken and have their drinks we finally asked a waitress (30minutes after being seated) if we could order.
Took the opportunity to order our food at the same time.
We then watched a table of 10 or so walk in and have drinks ordered and delivered while we still waited.
After 45 minutes we eventually got our food and drinks!
Our food was great and tasty but as for service there is none.
Some advice from a fellow hospitality worker, put more staff on or have them working much more efficiently!
Also not one staff member seemed to know the table numbers or maybe just our table, when other tables are making comments to us about the poor service I think you should be RE focussing your attention to the "service" being provided.
The most efficient part of the night was when we asked for the bill!
Going out for dinner is an experience, food and service, one side can not carry the other, good food cannot forgive poor/no service!
