The Rubbish Taxi

I called up Rubbish Taxi to assist in the removal of garden waste from my property. I spoke with Kristen on the phone who assisted us greatly. She was friendly and accommodation to our requests. Within 24 hours, they had sent staff members to our property who disposed of the waste and also cleaned up the path of leaves/small twigs afterwards. They were efficient, on time and courteous. I will definitely be using Rubbish Taxi in the future again for their market leading service and competitive pricing. Thank you for making this such a pleasant experience!

I just wanted to say what a great job James did today - he arrived at exactly the same time as some sort of Heritage Area Manager (who I haven't seen in 5 years of working here!) who gave him a hard time about access (we're in a listed building).

James was incredible flexible, patient and accommodating of these last minute changes (to access an area of the building I have never even seen) and was a wonderful representative of the company. We wouldn't hesitate to use you again, and will be recommending others do the same.

I got Rubbish Taxi out to get a quote for removal of an old basketball stand, guttering and other household rubbish. Arthur and Mitch completed my job. Very friendly and helpful. Got old timber pieces down from rafters in garage. Cut up basketball stand and guttering and loaded into truck. Even swept up after. A very reasonable quote and would definitely use again and recommend. Thank you.
