We are a member of the Petals Network, If you place an order online through them, it then gets allocated to us, If we cant fill your order to what you have chosen, we will request a substitute, which they will then advise you of this, generally through an email, or occasionally they will just reallocate the order. If you have any problems with your order, you will need to take it up with them directly as that is where you placed the order.
By ordering online you are also paying commission fees, so keep in mind when the order gets to us, it is not to the value that you have paid.
I know it is convenient for some people to do online ordering, we just ask if you keep this in mind, as too often we are made out to be the bad guys!
