After reading the 4 & 5 star comments, I must tell you of my stay over the long weekend. For the price I was charged the only view I had was of the railway line. The bathroom sink had a large crack, the curtain had a blood stain and the door lock key needed reprogramming every day. Breakfast is NOT included in the room price, an extra $32 if you like bacon as hard as shoe leather. The staff were very well trained in deflecting questions with the most common answer being that the whole place is due for an upgrade. I did go to the dinning room on the first night only to find it seems to be part of a nightclub bar. To noisy and not enough seating for guests. I will visit Kiama again, but I won't be staying at the Sebel.
