All dishes made by me are to be shared with good friends and likehearted people. Catering and wholesale options available. I only cook with food full of nutrients and living energy; fermented or sprouted. Using principles of macrobiotics i will balance all types of taste from sweet to sour. There is no space for nasties, processed sugar or processed ingredients, gluten, preservatives, or any other ugly things. Only love to the earth, the humans and animals.
