The Springs

One of the best places on the Central Coast to get great food and service, would be awesome if they expanded their vegan options however.

Nice place and nice food but I'm a local and tried 3 times in a row to come here for a meal but there was either a function on or they had changed their opening hours. Ring first if you even consider dropping in on your way past.

Me and my family dined at the Springs last night in the restaurant, whilst there was a wedding on in the other room. We were one of the first people to be seated for the evening, so we were definately lucky. The food is fantastic, there is a great selection of wines and beers, and the detail and decoration of the building is amazing. However, over the course of the next hour, the restaurant became exceptionally busy, and it seemed that there was only one staff member assigned to the look after the running of the restuarant. He looked visibly stressed because of the circumstances, and seemed like he was overwhelmed by the amount of people that he was serving. We have dined at the springs a few times, and there is a clear difference in service when there isn't a wedding as opposed to when there is. I've worked in hospitality before, and the issue I saw was that there was too much happening for the amount of staff they had working. My suggestion to management would be either closing the restaurant when they have their weddings (which would be effective, but a shame cause we love the food!!), or hiring more staff. Other than this issue, the Springs is a great place to take friends and family alike!!

Heading there tomorrow to play, great golf course, can be tricky with what club selection to use. Great staff and fantastic burgers and beer after a game. Need to build accommodation. Am in a social group and we are always looking for a weekend getaway.

Reaaly lovely atmosphere. Slightly price but worth the treat

Only found this place recently. Excellent meals.
Bar staff need some training in getting the drinks out quicker.

The Springs has become a standard place for my partner and I to dine. The food is always excellent. No matter what it is, it is done to perfection. I've had everything on the menu many times but the barramundi is simply great and always cooked exactly as you'd want.
