Decent hospital that is currently in the process of an upgrade. Currently the only major downside is the fact that the hospital needs more Pick-up/Drop-off spots.

Worst ever service ever seen. Took 20 days to send the report through and still can't confirm what's happening. Got this lump under my neck since 1 month. Haven't taken any medicine and no one is ringing me. You guys really need to think every patient as your own family member and treat well.

as your owm family members amd treat them
Well

Best hospital in Sydney. I was sent here by my GP. They were so fast in the emergency department and extremely friendly nurses. The doctors were very efficient as well. Hospital was very clean as well.

Dont even want to get into the horrific incidents. Weve been here over 20 years and the amount of chaos and hoopla. My elderly disabled parent systematically frequently comes here for monthly infusion/injections and more. The staff had jabbed my mums many times unskilledly and hurt bruised my mum. Needles would go in and pick around to try get to right blood vessels and position. And dont expect much sympathy or consideration as when my mum said to be careful or painful they said ur not a baby and be super aggressive. Dont even think about getting a smaller needle or prepare numbing cream. they aggressively take out needles so blood gets splattered on the ground... What a shocking sadistic sight. Even the highest of the high doctors forget appointments and medications and we have to remind them. They forget to take out needles and we take it out ourselves. Complete mess. I dont even want to get into other incidents as I will be thinking about further actions. What they document isnt accurate most of the time and the emergency u wait hours. They do whatever to deflect blame responsibility and they do really the bare minimum. I have lost hope in most public services.

Great hospital! The doctor was extremely helpful and understanding. I had broken rib from coughing so much and she spotted it straight away and send me to have an exray taken. Couldn't be happier with the doctors and rest of the team.

Given birth twice here in the Birth Centre and also delivery suite. Midwives were very experienced and warm. Maternity ward seems a bit understaffed though, during both my stays I've had to wait for several hours for a routine check-up or to be discharged. They've also forgotten to give me meals.

The treatment I got here for a bicycle accident I had (where I got my arm broken) was exemplary. The nursing and medical staff really were professional and reassuring. I had an initial bad experience with this rude, arrogant, overweight male NUM from the ED department, but one bad apple doesn't ruin the hospital. Saw the security man handle this aggressive guy on drugs, and as strange as this may sound, they did it in the nicest way possible.

Great hospital, but I hope I never come here again.

Have used this hospital when I gave birth and on a small number of times when my son was sick. The midwife clinic is outstanding and the midwifes on duty at the maternity ward did such a fantastic job. The emergency section for children is great also. So grateful for the services they provide and have nothing but good things to say about this hospital.
