The service provided by Dr. Caroline Mah is fantastic. She is by far the best gp that I have encountered in Sydney.

I read reviews here and I would just say how good or bad your experience at this clinic largely depends on the doctor you see and the nature of the health issue too (because some doctors are somewhat apprehensive dealing with certain issues, I think). I had bad experience as some others described too and decided not to see certain doctors anymore. I might mention that there are doctors who are not available for online booking and at least one of them, Dr Peck, has an excellent bed manner.

I had a very good experience at SMC Chatswood. I had not fixed on my GP even after being in Syd for about one and a half year but now I can. I had some kind of allergic spots and I saw another doc earlier who couldn't say anything specific on what it could be. Later I visited SMC..I couldn't get the appointment but wait time as walk in patient wasn't too bad. Dr. Thi Phan attended me very nicely and immediately diagnosed my problem. A proper diagnosis is what I needed. She gave me all the information regarding my problem and recommended me to see her again if prob persists. First time I met a thorough doc in sydney.

My family and I have been going to this practice for many years, if not decades. I've always found it to function efficiently and my doctor to be of a high calibre.
