Overcharged from our initial quote to stay in the hostel with no valid reason. Wifi was listed as being included but didn't work. There was a large garbage bag of rubbish left in the stairway for the extent of our stay (happy to provide photos). Staff were also incredibly rude, complaining about being too hungover to be working and teased my appearance.
