Very disappointed with the attitude of one of the Dr's in the orthopedic clinic. He treated my daughter like she was a liar with her injury.... turns out there was a fracture

I ben here for appointment at 11,00 am for the ashma doctors but after 1,30 hours I ask the women at the reception and she talk me that I have to wait Maibe 1 hour more coss they have 2 persons in front of me this is ridiculous wait time just for cheking apoinment

From the main reception staff to bandage bear staff and doctor are friendly and professional. Thank you for looking after my little girl.

been here since 12am and now the time is 8am and still not have been seen. but have seen a child in critical condition such as grazed face, wearing a sling, limping that has been here before us and she's just gone in to be seen. SHE SHOULDVE BEEN SEEN AS SOON AS SHE GOT THERE! sux seing all these kids suffer just to be seen and just to be told by doctors to go home

Hi i seen a doctor at the hospital. The doctors are absolutely fabulous and they care for your health. I had a operation and i was in the surgical ward for 10 days the nurses were great they even changed one of my meals because i did not get what i ordered. The xray people are absolutely great one lady actually fitted me in for an ultrasound when the ultrasound appointments were full.

Horrible triage nurses in emergency. Unprofessional and rude, do not understand they are dealing with babies and childrens.
Not enough doctors. The wait time is incredible.

I find it really interesting reading these reviews that complain about long waiting times and inattentive staff. I have had to use the emergency department and neurology department with my children (unfortunately). I have never had to wait- in fact I have always been triaged and brought immediately in to the emergency department. Staff have been lovely and appropriate. Follow up appointments and subsequent care has always been timely and appropriate.

Ridiculously managed by nurses... my daughter had a fever 104 f ... but nobody is here and giving a damn... it's an emergency wait... its 4 in the morning ... my baby have red spots on her face and arms... quite high with fever... and when I ask nurse she give me factsheet about fever and say please don't come again. Emergency means wait for 6 to 7 hours... and a lady recently arrived with her baby she is straight way in.... well it's an emergency ... only for people whom they think are idiot.... stupid nurses... totally illiterate... minus 5...
