I'm afraid I was terribly disappointed! It was my first high tea and for the price I thought it would be stunning! Not to be. The scones were massive and heavy, the sandwiches were okay. The service was slow and the first waitress who served us had trouble communicating with us. I was meeting up with some friends I had not seen in a while and was so looking forward to a special experience. It certainly wasn't that! :(

Cosy spot to have a break between shopping inside Westfield. Although the food is pretty ordinary and price is at high end.

Nice sandwiches and sweet treats.
Very good tea selection.
Coffee is ok but not the best available.

I organised a group booking of 18 children and 7 adults for high tea and the staff here during booking process and on the day were so helpful, accommodating and patient. Our party had an occasion to remember at a wonderful setting. I can't praise the business enough!
