When you say Authentic staff, what you mean is they don't speak a word of English.

I tried the Stired rice and the fried rice. They are Ok. Not the best but it's really good

I get thai food from here very regularly, the food is consistently good, nice comforting flavours and good quality ingredients keep me coming back. The staff are very friendly and they make an effort to remember return customers. It's one of the better Thai restaurants in the local area.
