As an organisational development professional, I'm passionate about helping people and organisations build strategies that ultimately lead to great culture, talent and capability. Experienced in the areas of culture and engagement, talent and performance, learning and development, change and project management. Setting out on "The Big Lap" of Oz in 2022, my focus is on bringing the opportunities of talent and leadership development to regional and remote areas. In return, I aim to take learnings from my travels and incorporate this in the way I coach and develop others.
