This is the kind of place you *hope* to find... we didn't look at any reviews, so we were pleasantly surprised at how much effort has gone into the menu here. We had the green shakshouka, which I wasn't sure about, because I've had a million shakshoukas but it was totally new and delicious. The tiramisu french toast which was a nice sweet thing to follow. There were a lot more yummy looking things in the cabinet which I would have eaten, if I had the room for them. The decor is country-homestead-goes-to the-beach.

Expect a lecture if you ask for a takeaway coffee cup on the impacts to the environment. Seriously? How about becoming a responsible cafe? How about lecturering council after all the ACT and Brisbane can recycle coffee cups ? but hey lecture your customers in a room full of people instead without taking any responsibility yourself. My toast was soggy the eggs not the way I asked for them and mums chicken wrap was inedible. I've been there before and enjoyed their cakes so was really looking forward to taking our visiting parents there. Really wish I hadn't , I had to go back out for food😣

The food here is sublime! The menu is unusually good for a corner cafe at the very edge of Moss Vale's high street and I think very well-priced for the quality of the produce used. Don't expect a standard menu of well-worn cafe meals, the food is quite inventive and delicious, and the serves are generous. The only issue is the outdoor seating is shaded and on the footpath of a busy street, so it's cold and noisy - not great if you're trying to grab a bite with your for dog(s). On a chalkboard inside the cafe, "There is no wifi, talk to each other like it's 1995!" I love it!

Excellent coffee, food and atmosphere. Something about not wanting phones out seemed odd though. How else would I get photos of these?

Delicious coffee and a fun selection of cold drinks, served by friendly staff. Great place for a quick refreshing stop.
