Nice coffee but was charged an extra $1 for soy for a small coffee which is crazy!!!!

If they encorporated alternative milks like soy for those with allergies to normal milk like a lot of other cafes do nowadays, I'd consider making this place my local go to coffee stop.

Especially when the price for alternative milks is almost on par with normal milk. Hope the owners take this feedback on board. Thanks

amazing coffee well mannered staff and smacking food

I asked the barista to make my coffeeecyra and weak and it was perfect I usuallybiy a muffin to take away they are delicious and made on the premises.

This cafe is a great spot to meet friends. I like this cafe as they have a variety of GF slices and cakes.

They forgot my order even though the cafe was empty. My wife's meal was good however.

The menu needs expanding as the selection is very limited.

Dogs are welcome which is a refreshing change.

I have been to The Village Emporium a couple of times and the coffee is always good (a little strong just how I like it) they have a good selection of cakes and slices

The service is ok but as it's a place "for the local" it can often take a while, I waited about 5 mins to order my take away coffee as the person at the register was talking to a local instead of serving me...

Will definitely give it another go in the future

Best for a quick takeaway coffee. Picked up some other shelf food they had (sour dough) which was nice.
