First and last time here. Attended the full moon party. My friend was asked to leave on the 2nd floor by a security guard accusing him of being intoxicated. He was sitting down after injuring himself due to an intoxicated person falling on his ankle. Whilst I was right next to him in the corner of the dance floor dancing whilst he had a rest. The security would not listen to what we had to say. How about at least offer some first aid assistance? I felt that when I went to complain to floor staff I received a petty excuse. No duty of care to the patrons here...The least this organization can do is refund the tickets purchased and revisit what’s called customer service. What a disappointment...
