It’s zucchini season! Wondering what to do with all the lovely, fresh zucchini that’s around at the moment? This simple baked version was easy delicious ❤️
Just coat fresh zucchini pieces with some oil, Celtic sea salt and a generous sprinkling of nutritional yeast flakes. Bake until cooked through and golden brown. Yum!

Australian macadamias have been proving quite difficult to find, as most suppliers are sold out until the new harvest season. We have been lucky to get a shipment of Australian Dry Roasted Macadamias to tide us over...macadamias are a favourite here! There is limited stocks of these, so get in fast if you’d like some. Food prep for this week means there are black beans soaking ready to cook this evening. Buying dry legumes is so cost effective and great for your health because they’re not stored in cans laden with BPA. I used to think soaking legumes was too hard and took too much time - but with a little planning and a few minutes you could be saving $$$!

**The Whole Food Basket will be closed until October 2017 while we are on a family holiday. Thank you for supporting this family-owned business, we will be back in October with some great re-opening specials!! **

We're doing a large order from our supplier on Friday this week - so if you are wanting large quantities of a product, or if you're after a product we don't normally stock, get in touch and we'll add it to our order. Order cutoff will be Thursday 9pm (AEDT).
