10, 000 years ago Hippocrates "the Father of Medicine " proclaimed “All Disease begins in the Gut” and it is on this premise that I base my work in order to achieve total body, mind, spirit healing and integration for my clients and family.

I have been in practice now for 10 years and have tried and tested many different methods of optimising the healing and vitality processes of the body. The latest medical research and my clinical observations strongly indicate that most of the modern diseases we are faced with today, including Allergies, Arthritis, Asthma, Cancer, Depression, Dementia, Diabetes & Heart disease etc are driven by factors such as diet, exercise, lifestyle and pollution which can trigger inflammation, infection and auto-immune disease.
