In these past 3 years, I have only had one problem with them - an S6 Edge came without its original box. Very slow to deliver product that is stated as In Stock on their website. 7 days after ordering still no delivery details for the "In Stock" Sony mobile and after making 3 enquiries I've not received a satisfactory answer. If you're expecting a quick delivery of an "In Stock" product & decent customer service give this seller a wide wide berth and pay the extra $$ for peace of mind.

Ordered $250 J5 Prime 2016. Aus version is what I asked for that sells for $400 at Dick Smith & although i was sent overseas version they refunded me the difference. Without causing me a headache. Brilliant prices & service A+.

Company don't stand by their warranty. Sent phone that kept resetting itself and they sent me back the same damaged phone. Be careful!!!

After reading a number of reviews online for Think of Us, I was a little dubious about using them, as the reviews were somewhat mixed across various sites. However, the price of the phone was much cheaper compared to anywhere else that I decided to give them a go (along with insured delivery).
