Got the worst customer service in this store by some kid who had no idea about basic politeness never mind customer service. I'd check out Harris Farm markets instead of this place.

Excellent service

Wanted one avocado and had to bu pack of four. Got home to find ALL four were rotten to the core. Definitely not salable produce. What a disgrace.

Parking is always a nightmare in this carpark with trucks sometimes backed up half blocking the entry. I tried to park there today, Christmas Eve, at 12.40pm and when I asked a man standing near his car, checking if he had been marked for overstaying, he said no he wasn't moving as he worked in Thomas Dux. So much for customer convenience! My money was spent at another shopping centre.
