Working collaboratively, Stephanie aims to assist clients to build on their strengths and take an active role in creating positive change in their lives.

Stephanie uses best practice interventions to help clients address issues arising from Anxiety (including OCD, Panic, and Phobias), Mood Disorders (Depression, Post-Natal Depression, and Bipolar Disorder), parenting issues, children and adults with ADHD, sleep difficulties, significant life transitions and stressful life events, stress management, self-esteem issues, and grief and bereavement.

I have a special interest in working with children and adults with disabilities including Autism Spectrum Disorder, Intellectual and Physical Disabilities.
