Tiffany & Co.

We went there for a specific birthday purchase. I called ahead to ensure in stock. Westfield Mall shop was a bad experience unparalleled poor service and after an hour of frustration walked out empty-handed. We went to the flagship store where the first-day trainee was more helpful and ultimately achieved our quest. But it was nearly 2 hours of hell.

Rosemary is a true professional - super friendly and engaging.
We went in as part of a sales training experiment (to experience luxury selling, as a training tool for us to then share our findings with our own retail sales teams). We had NO intention of purchasing (we didn’t say that), but Rosemary worked her magic and my colleague ended up walking out with a beautiful gold necklace for his wife.

10/10 for Rosemary !!

Terrible service. I had to have my bracelet shortened and the lady didn’t listen to my requirements, being in a huge rush as if I was a trouble. I had to wait 2 weeks (!) and the bracelet is still not good enough because she totally ignored what I wanted. Never again shopping at this Tiffany.

Some of the most beautiful jewellery. The staff are very knowledgable and always happy to assist. Also, there is no sales pressure and prices are not negotiable.

Personal service is great but if you have another enquiry a few seconds after leaving your assistant, you need to be added to the wait list again for another assistant... the service system needs a review.

To be fair to the staff here, they are great and the service is exceptional. Many of the other reviews are focused on the poor quality or the relative expense of the product they sell. While that might be true the fact remains that the business is very well run and the staff are friendly and attentive.

Friendly staff and great service. I wanted to buy something that wasn't on display but it was the last one they had in the store but the lady took her time to have it transferred over from a different location and I got it in a week. Unfortunately when they messaged me to let me know that the product was okay for pickup my girlfriend saw that I had received and message from Tiffany & Co. On the home screen. Kind of ruined the surprise. It would be great if you guys could maybe take it one step further and use a private number and leave a voicemail so something like this in the future wouldn't happen to someone else.

Had an amazing experience when I went in with my hubby. Sadly I didn't buy anything because I was leaving in a week to Canada to return home, so decided I'd buy from Tiffany in Canada. But the sales associate was amazing 🤔Forgot his name he was an American kid
Store had all the different metal Tiffany setting rings which wasn't available in Toronto till a week ago. Awesome job I think Sydney does Tiffany better than Tiffany America or Canada

Long story short.

Saw a yellow diamond rock for my missus for 56,000/=

Went to the Sydney CBD store

They were closed half an hour early, I knocked the door but they replied in a Go "F" yourself manner.

Went to Michael hill, Asked them about the rock ... after 3 weeks I got the thing which I wanted for 43,000/=
