Meet you're trainer!

Tom has been a Personal Trainer for over 6 years. He has over the years focused on continuing his education so he can in return educate and better train his clients. Not only will he coach you but he will also teach you what is needed to train well, eat healthy, stay focused, and ultimately achieve the results you want.

Tom specialises in. .
- Building muscle and reducing body fat
- Increasing strength, speed and power
- Injury prevention
- Sport performance
- Writing programs with correct progressions and applying the correct training principles to individually fit the clients needs

Qualifications:
- Batchelor degree in Exercise and Sport Science
- Certificate 3 & 4 in Fitness
- Poliquin PICP certification level 1 & 2
- Fitness Network "Hypertrophy Training"
- Advanced Strength Training

Experience:
- Training in the gym for 10 years
- Training for rugby union and league
- Strength and conditioning for youth and senior teams (Currently assisting in training the Newtown Jets rugby league team)
- Experience training older population
- Personal Training a wide range of clients with individual needs and limitations.
