Helpful staff and awesome prices

Extremely unprofessional, the lady behind the desk can be extremely rude. I'm a wall and floor tiler for 20 years and never send my clients and customers there and never will. don't be fooled by the uniform. (The only tile shop I know that has a uniform )

Went in to the showroom last weekend. Spent about 15 minutes looking around. Was not approached by the lady behind the desk at all, no help or assistance offered.

We left thinking; if they don't want to talk to us to get our business, what would they be like if we had a warranty issue?

We just built a new ensuite and did a main bathroom renovation with That Tile and Bathroom Place. We are very happy with the results and finish and were especially impressed with the highly professional building team. The service at the shop font was also excellent with good assistance given in choosing products and tap ware etc. Both bathrooms were completed as per schedule and without all of the chaos we have experienced when renovating using separate trades people. That Tile and Bathroom Place is a good choice if you want a value for money, hassle free bathroom renovation.

Purchased 2 shower fittings. I organised a plumber to install following weekend, on opening box it was discovered that a part was missing and could not install one of the fittings. Rang shop the next day to organise missing part to be sent and was told it could take up to a week. I again contacted the store a week later and was informed the person who I originally spoke to was no longer employed. Was told it would be chased up and sent as soon as possible. As I live approx 2 hours away from shop I was driving past a few days later and decided to call in and ask what was happening. I then went to the fitting that was on display and showed them the what part was missing. The part could not be removed from display stock and was then informed that they would get supplier to contact me. I then asked about a refund and was told it was a warranty issue.(I was not offered display stock). I really did not wish to speak to the supplier as my issue was with Tile and Bathroom Place and could not install fitting as a part was missing. I contacted them the next day by phone and once again was told it was a warranty issue and was hung up on by staff. Later in the day I was then contacted by supplier and informed them of missing part and they were going to forward item on to me. The following day I was going to be near shop and decided to return item. Shop returned item with out any fuss and was asked if supplier had been in touch. I replied "yes" but wanted to return item even though there policy on invoice states "No Refund after 7 Days" I knew I was with in my rights as fitting had been sold incomplete and was not a warranty issue at all. I have had to keep other shower fitting as it has been installed and cross my fingers that nothing goes wrong with it.
