Extremely disappointing. Been a loyal customer here for almost 2 years and purchased a $160 linen dress. After trying the dress on at home again, I realised it was too tight. Took the dress back with receipt, and was refused an exchange for another item because the tags had fallen off. The lady smelt the dress in front of me saying it "smelt like something weird or perfume" (I don't wear perfume and had the dress on for less than a minute). This was extremely degrading and rude. I explained that it does not fit and the buttons are pulling, and that it was an expensive dress that I won't be able to wear and cannot afford to let it just sit in my closet. I left very disappointed that my local store that I always shop at, couldn't even let me exchange for another size or item. As I was walking out of the store, the lady was still speaking to me very rudely (even with my back as I was walking out). Horrible experience and a shame.

My go-to place for easy, stylish gift shopping. Everything is so beautifully displayed its hard to resist. I've always found the service very welcoming, friendly and professional. Always a pleasure to shop here.

I am absolutely in love with my new dresses from one shop and decor pieces from the other!! Such friendly and helpful staff. Both shops are so beautiful I cannot wait to go back!!
