We started 2017 discussing the Trump Effect, we debated #NorthKorea, Immigration on/offshore, Govt. control of Utilities, and since seen the Energy industry blackmailing Turnbull, we discussed the Great Hollow (Ai and Tech killing 7 jobs for every 2 created], the Rise of Cryptocrurrency, which has just hit the news. We finish 2017 with a debate on #Capitalism. If the United States of America cannot resolve their decades long slump, will it prove that Capitalism has failed? If... so, what will come next? If Capitalism fails, will democracy fall with it? Will the Chinese model of a government mandated enterprise replace it? Or will a Singaporean benign dictator model takeover. In a world of growing 'Nanny state governance' where will Australia's future lie.
