First time at this Timezone-most games are $2-$2.50! So the $30-$50 doesnt go very far, the bonus credit was ok and the games seemed in high abundance. The "customer service" was almost laughable-having to call across the counter to get the one rude staff member who got us one thing then walked off and picked up the phone again to ignore us! Soured the experience completely. I have worked in retail for over 20 years and I would not want someone like that working for me, especially when its meant to be a "fun" place to be.

Small, cramped and too many prize arcades- avoid

Really disappointing. Plenty of large, gimmicky machines. Definitely targeted at a younger demographic which means those of us who grew up going to arcades won’t find much to spend our money on.



It really is a pity. A few more light gun games, some Daytona, Time Crisis and fighting games would make this a better night time entertainment option for those of us who aren’t children.

Took my granddaughter there where she paid $6 on a machine that did nothing when getting assistance from staff was informed that she was using the machine incorrectly and that’s just bad luck. Manager got involved who was so rude. What ever happened to good will or customer service.

So sad it’s all about the money and how much they can rip you off..

My husband and I went today and got one of the Mega pack things, I suggest that your staff make customers aware that any tickets won on these packages you actually don't earn. Rather than the miniature fine print. Winning multiple jackpots only to be told 'Yeah, sorry'



Also, because this is the case and you can't actually win any tickets the stupid lock out timer on the cards is a joke, you get an hr of play time but spend half the time waiting until you can swipe to play the next game.



As people who had such fond memories of Timezone we wanted to relive it, unfortunately it was less than expected and we left extremely disappointed.
