Tint A Car Lake Macquarie

Had a great experience using these guys. I have no idea about tinting and they were extremely helpful in educating me on which tinting option I should go with for my car. Very patient, super friendly and surprisingly cheap. Thanks guys!

Recently we had several windows of our house tinted and the results are AMAZING!! Couldn't have asked for a better outcome or customer service- they are spot on with the lot! In fact we were so happy with everything that we've already booked in to get more tinting done- we wouldn't go anywhere else! Thanks team!!

I recently purchased my first ever brand new car 9wks ago. I wanted to get it tinted so I went to tint a car cardiff. The customer service was excellent from the lady in office, however when I received my car back I found bubbles all through the tint. I thought I should leave it for a couple of days to settle and then wash it to make sure it wasn't dirt, so I took it through the car wash at Glendale. After it came out I noticed one of the seals had come loose on the window. An obrien glass glazier had a closer look at it and told me the seal has been cut. The car at this stage is 7wks old, has not been anywhere but in my garage and to the tinters so obviously it was the tinter. I rang them up and the tinter told me "it wouldn't have been us".....??? I said mate the car is 7wks old less then 1000ks you are the only people who have touched it! They agreed to fix everything and the manager was apologetic. So I took it down on Friday to get fixed. I have now got my car back, the rubber is new so all good, but the tint has more bubbles in it then before! It's like the glass wasn't cleaned before the tint was put on! And there is a visible line inside the window tint band. I am very upset as this is my first brand new car 2017 rav4 and I can't believe someone/a business could have no care for someone else's property, I thought they were meant to be professionals! My partner rang them up and told them again what had happened and the lady told him "there must be a defect in the glass" my partner said- I work for obrien glass, and there is definetly no defect" then she changed the story and said "well sometimes you will get bubbles in the glass".... we said no thanks not on a brand new car!!!!! They have organised to redo the tint again for the third time but honestly I do not trust them! DO NOT GO TO THIS TINTACAR!! I will be taking my complaint higher, especially as my car is brand new!
