Titan Ford

I had a great experience at Titan Ford. From my first encounter with Barry on the forecourt through to purchase, everyone was helpful, friendly and professional. I've had a previous experience with VW where after they got my cash it was all downhill from there. These guys are the opposite. When my Ranger was ready for collection, the handover was excellent, not rushed and it was very thorough. The first 3000k service also very well taken care of. Thanks to Team Titan for making my buying and after service experience top notch.

Lying bunch of idiots.

They broke part of my headlight assembly and straight up lied to my face telling me it melted and that that part of all 4 year old cars melts and snaps off.

I got home and the other headlight assembly is in 100% perfect condition.

Very very poor service and a bunch of liars who refuse to take ownership of their mistakes.

Excellent service . Perhaps better chairs in the waiting room. Car was not washed, it was detailed!!
