The Worst Experience! They quote $50 to dry clean a standard women coat and NOT guarantee they will clean it !!

I asked that young lady, "So I don't need to pay if you can't clean it, right?", She said "You have to pay regardless, as we never guarantee the cleaning result"

Ok, whatever.... So I went to another Dry Cleaner nearby, they charge $25 for the same coat and GUARANTEE they will clean it, apparently they know what they are doing.

Called the previous day with a guarantee of getting my items dry cleaned by 2pm if it was dropped of before 10am. Items were dropped off at 9am in the morning. Went to pick up by 2.30pm yet it still wasn't done so had to wait another 2 hours.

Excellent Dry Cleaners. Dropped in a jacket with food stains and wine all over it. 2 days later and it looks brand new! Definitely will recommend them to anyone local.
