Jamie is the Creative Director of TNM Creative Media. His career kicked off as a chef which spanned over 16 years and allowed him to travel the world. He also studied Fine Art in Manchester, UK which still to this day he is very passionate towards, Jamie maintains his serenity through painting.
After leaving the kitchen to pursue a food development role for the largest catering company in Australia, he began to merge his creativity and food knowledge to capture a perspective of marketing that was faithful to the industry.
In 2014 he decided to take a leap of faith and start his brand "The Northern Monkey" (TNM) which has now evolved to TNM Creative Media. Jamie has worked alongside some of the best chefs in the world, industry specialists, food brands, stylists and photographers.
His passion & knowledge for food, art and film have allowed him to establish himself as an "entrepreneurial marketing and good vibes distributor" in the hospitality, travel and arts sector.
