In 2011, after returning from Ireland and the U. K, I started working for Derek Nicholson, from Nicholson & Saville, known in the food industry N& S Foods. Daily interface with the hospitality sector over the last 5 years helped create a heartfelt and practical appreciation for an industry – that thrives on consistent and ready access to quality produce.

During my time at N& S, I progressed to the role of Warehouse Manager and quickly learnt a fundamental principle: deliver top quality food alongside remarkable customer service. Based on these values, my on ground experience and with Derek’s support, the concept of To Be Sure was created.
