I had an appalling experience there today. Coming from another dealership where I wasn't able to test drive a car I was interested in until I proved to them I was going to buy, I wasn't in the best of moods. I called up this dealership and told them I was coming to look at a similar car. I was told to come to their Subaru dealership and ask for the salesman I had spoken to on the phone. I arrived, and he was nowhere to be found. Eventually with the help of the other salesman I was meet with a young and arrogant salesman who pretended to be on his phone. I told him about my previous experience earlier that day and he simply said 'I really don't care what you do'. ....Ok... During the process of evaluating my car he said to me 'you worry me' I asked what he meant and he said 'you're not going to get what you want for your car'. I hadn't discussed what I wanted for the car nor had we discussed a change over at this point. At this time they hadn't even finished evaluating my car. He then said to me 'I have a call from my girlfriend' then walked off. At this point I jumped in my car and drove off. I tried to call later to make a complaint but was told the manager was busy. Hence, why I decided to share my experience online instead. I had driven a long way in heavy traffic and I have never dealt with a more arrogant salesman. Complete waste of my time. Love, Anthony

Really bad service, they make a mistake wrong the wrong name on my invoice and tell me can not change at all, how terrible.

Bought A Kia Rio (Demo). Found Sales Rep & Manager very helpful. Was able to negotiate features and price I wanted.

Sales people was ok but manager needs a reality check. Wanted to buy a new base model Impreza, advertised price on the website was FROM $24,990 Recommended Driveway Price. Manager wont get off his high chair and let it go for anything less then $25,000 ($10 more then the advertised price). I offered a reasonable $24,800 and was refused. Walked out, never going there again.

If the score can be negative, I'm sure that's what I'll rate Tom Kerr Auto Centre with. The sales person and manager I dealt with are shameless liars.

On Sunday 26 June, I visited Tom Kerr Auto Centre for a new car. The salesman Philip Tsui confirmed stock of white SP25 hatchbacks in their system on Sunday 26 June before we signed the Contract for New Vehicle Purchase. I paid $2000 for deposit.

At around 15:00 on Monday afternoon, 27 June, the dealership broke the agreement on the white SP25 hatch. The dealership's manager Jeremy Dench called to inform me that the dealership can not deliver my white SP25 hatchback and asked me to compromise by accepting one of the three alternative colors: red metallic, aluminium metallic and blue reflex.

At around 8:40 on Wednesday morning, 29 June, in a call with Philip Tsui, I compromised to help the dealership resolve the color issue by accepting the red metallic hatchback. Philip later(at around 9:20) confirmed to me that he had confirmed stock with stock control. He now needed me to send a confirmation email formally stating that I would accept a red metallic one. And I sent him the email immediately.

Yet the dealership broke the agreement on the red metallic SP25 hatch again. Despite the fact that I made it clear to the dealership that the rescission of the contract would not be acceptable, the dealership did not have any intention for negotiation or compromise and forced me to take the risks and losses of the dealership's failure to deliver by unilaterally making the decision to rescind the contract. Philip Tsui sent me the notification of their decision on 1 July.

I was shocked by the dealership's lack of respect for the contract. I was also stunned by the dealership's bossy decision and deeds, despite my compromise and effort.

Given the situation, I had to seek assistance from Fair Trading and NSW LawAccess to protect my interest on this matter. I finally got my deposit back.

Unless you want trouble, avoid this nest of liars. Once they have your deposit, they don't care whether they could deliver or not. If they do this to each of their customers, they could feed on the free interest they illegally earn. Relevant government organisation in NSW should investigate this place.
