Tom Kerr exceeded my expectations, would recommend them to anyone looking for a Mazda mechanic! Mick was great to deal with and kept me updated along the way. The cost was much better then expected, and they were honest, helpful & patient with me. Top service.. Props!

Took my Mazda 6 in with a brake disk and bearing issue, while it was in the shop asked them to take a look at the broken A/C. They told me the whole compressor is shot and let me supply my own part (shipped it to Tom Kerr) and had them install it, they also replaced a couple of airbags due to a recall by Mazda. Everything was done within the week. Other mechanics said they would only put in a brand new OEM a/c compressor for thousands of dollars, so I was surprised that they were so much better to deal with here.

The car was also washed/cleaned inside on pick up, definitely felt like a different car driving out of the shop! 10/10

Two and a half hour wait to JUST check and replace the car battery after being told that it would take an hour when I made the service booking. I should also mention that it cost $591 all up. Battery alone costed $537, exact same battery from Supacheap costs $453. I'll be taking my car elsewhere in future.
