Really annoyed I have to give 1 star, I wish I could give 0.

This is the first and last time I will ever go to this shop and I suggest you all read why.

I walked into the shop where there was two female staff members working behind the counter, they were both chatting to a male customer who had just ordered his meal, I was standing at the counter for a minute or so while they spoke to him then the older of the two women went back to cooking chips while the younger of the two continued to flirt and chat up the male customer.

This went on for about 5 minutes as I stood patiently at the counter being ignored by both staff members, an older lady then walked in and was immediatly greeted and served right before me, I even managed to be in her way as she tried to pay for her meal. After she paid the older of the two women asked me what I wanted.

I asked if they had any more than the 1 kebab stick that was in the heat tray, the woman replied "we do but it takes too long to cook" I had about 45 minutes to kill at that time but I was never asked if I wanted them cooked and I didn't push the point as it was all too much trouble for them so I settled for the 1 kebab stick and a half chicken.

I took my half chicken and my quarter share of customer service and I left to have lunch with my girlfriend. We both began to eat the chicken to only realise it was all but inedible, the "crispy" skin had the texture that it was spawn in hell by the fire of hades, the poor chicken must have been under so much heat or over such a long period of time that the bones of the chicken had evaporated and were powder, the chicken meat itself had a similar texture to the outside of a basketball and each bite had to be accompanied with a large glass of water, it was like eating a moisture absorber that you find in new shoes.

If all that wasn't bad enough I am typing this sitting on my toilet unable to get off as I am fearful that I will have a catastrophic mishap in which I will have to explain why my white bathroom in one night has been painted brown all the while my girlfriend tries to sleep cuddled up with a heat pack trying to get over the severe stomach cramps and explosive diarrhea that eating at this 0 star fish concentration camp has created. I've never in my 30 years of life had food poisioning as severe and as serious as this.

Everyone I'm being completely serious when I say NEVER EAT HERE, it might just be the last thing you ever do!

Very nice and fresh food. The steak sandwich is very good and worth every cent.SO GOOD.

Been going to tom and pams for 20+ years and won't be going back. Chips well under cooked and over salted, gravy stone cold and even battered sav wasn't cooked properly... and don't get me started on how appalling the burger was. Used to be great but has seriously gone down hill in last few years.... such a shame

The burgers and doner kebabs are nice but everything else is so oily. The customer service has improved greatly which is good. 2 stars is the best I can do.

Phone ordered. Went to pick up our meal. Lost hamburgers. Had to make more. Chips must have been sitting there in the warmer for ages. Asked for no onion and it had onion. Had to go back because the fruit salad was missing. Really unimpressed. Its gone down in quality in the last few years
